Events

Volunteers will work to plan, set up, put on and tear down various events. In the process, these volunteers will have an opportunity to connect with each other and at the same time, ensure our events effectively welcome newcomers as well as existing members.

Food Team - These volunteers will work with staff and with caterers to set up tables with food and supplies, ensuring all those attending our events are taken care of and feel welcome.


Decor Team - These people will plan decor for events, create decorations and decorate the room(s) prior to the event.


Activities Team - This team will plan the various activities to occur during the event, i.e. games, fellowship, and music.


Tear Down Team - These volunteers will ensure all food and decorations are removed at the end of the event and ready the room(s) for facilities to come in and clean.
