Employment Opportunities

Thank you for your interest regarding a staff position at EastLake Community Church. This is not only a great place to worship but it is a great place to work! Our staff sets the pace in Christian commitment. We ask that potential staff be fully committed followers of Christ who maintain the spiritual disciplines as outlined in our Discovering Membership Class as follows:

  • Daily Time with God
    Personal Bible reading and prayer. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Mark 1:35)
  • Giving Back to God
    Tithing 10% of income to EastLake Church as an expression of faith, trust and obedience. (1 Corinthians 16:2)
  • Fellowship with Other Believers
    Accountable relationships in small group settings. (Hebrews 10:25)

We are looking for people who know how to have fun, are able to handle a range of tasks, and seek to honor God in all their work. If this is you, then God might be calling you to be part of the EastLake Staff.

Teachers & Teacher Assistants

The Children's Center at EastLake Church is now accepting applications for positions beginning early July 2008. Experience is preferred and ECE (Early Childhood Education) unitis required. Download the application here or pick up an application in our office at 2351 Otay Lakes Road.
